Park A Progress: The Grass is Cut for the First Time

We seem to be on track for a June opening of Park A. The FOCP was told that one of the yardsticks for the success of the grass-planting, and the opening of the park, was when the grass had been mowed twice: it has to grow high enough to be cut, and then left to grow high enough to be cut a second time.

The landscapers cut the grass for the first time this morning. So we’re getting closer to Opening Day.
