Good news for our petanque players, chess players, and all others who use the gravel circle located between Chester Ave and Baltimore Ave - contractors will be working today to replenish gravel stocks in the circle! It has been many years since the last gravel refresh and The Friends of Clark Park believe this work will benefit all park users. Keep an eye out for fresh gravel in the coming days as you make your way through the park!

Great to see the Gravel Circle getting some love! I remember when we replenished our local community sandbox; red ball it brought everyone together for a fun day. Excited to see the kids enjoy this new gravel!
It's interesting that the gravel circle serves such different groups, from petanque to chess players, since each activity probably has distinct needs for surface texture and drainage. I wonder whether the type or depth of gravel chosen was discussed with regular users beforehand, or if the refresh is mainly about restoring what was there originally. Either way, it's good to see long-overdue maintenance happening in a shared public space.

For me, it was a clear overview of the procedure and a good starting point for learning what questions to…
Home-based dog training can be particularly useful for addressing behaviors that occur primarily inside the house. Dogs may need guidance with jumping on furniture, stealing objects, barking at windows, or becoming overly excited when guests arrive. Training within the home allows exercises to take place in the environment where the behavior actually occurs. Owners can learn practical techniques for managing these situations while reinforcing calm, appropriate alternatives that fit naturally into their noblek9 daily routines.
